Support
Everything you need to sort out a problem with Syilyq: how to reach us, what to do about signing in, how to report content, and how to delete your account.
1.How to reach us
Write to support@syilyq.app — that is the main support channel. We reply on working days, usually within 24 hours.
To get an answer faster, include the phone number the account is registered to, your @username, your device model and the app version.
2.Signing in and the one-time code
Syilyq signs you in with a phone number. There is no password: you enter the number and confirm a one-time code, which arrives on WhatsApp at that same number.
If the code does not arrive:
- Check that the number is in international format with the right country code.
- Make sure WhatsApp is installed and registered to that same number.
- Wait a minute and request the code again.
- If it still does not arrive, write to support@syilyq.app with the phone number.
3.Reporting content or a user
Public posts, comments, wishes and profiles go through an automatic check. On top of that, the app has a manual report.
To report something, open the "···" menu on a post, comment, wish or profile and choose "Report". The same menu has "Block" — a blocked user no longer sees your content and cannot interact with you.
We review reports and act within 24 hours: hiding the material, restricting the account, or blocking it.
If you believe your content was hidden in error, write to support@syilyq.app and we will review the decision.
4.Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app: Profile → Settings → "Delete account", then confirm.
Once deleted, your profile, posts, wishes and connections stop being visible to anyone. The action cannot be undone, and the same phone number cannot be used to sign up again.
If you have lost access to the account and cannot delete it from the app, write to privacy@syilyq.app from the number it is registered to.
5.Data and privacy
Questions about personal data — access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent — go to privacy@syilyq.app.
What we collect and why is set out in detail in the privacy policy.
6.Bugs in the app
Found a bug? Write to support@syilyq.app. Describe what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened; a screenshot or screen recording helps most of all.
Include the platform (iOS or Android), the OS version and the app version.
