Child Safety Standards

1.Who these standards apply to

These standards apply to everyone who uses the Syilyq app and the syilyq.app website. The app is published by LARGEIS LABS LLP, the developer name Syilyq is listed under on Google Play and the App Store.

They form part of the terms of service and apply alongside them. Where the two differ, the stricter rule applies.

2.What is prohibited

In these standards, a minor is anyone under 18, regardless of the age of consent where you live.

Syilyq strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any image, video, drawing, text or AI-generated material that depicts a minor in a sexual context.
• Sexualising minors, including sexual comments on photos of children.
• Grooming: contacting a minor to draw them into sexual activity, including asking for intimate images or to meet in person.
• Sextortion: threatening to share intimate images of a minor, or demanding images, money or anything else from them.
• Child trafficking, and any offer of or search for minors for sexual purposes.
• Links to such material, requests for it, and instructions for obtaining it.

3.How we detect it

Public posts, comments, wishes and profiles — both text and images — go through an automatic check.

Sexual content involving minors is a zero-tolerance category: when the check recognises it, the material is hidden automatically, with no score threshold and without waiting for a person to review it.

Hidden material and user reports are then reviewed by our team.

4.What we do about it

When we find CSAE material, we:

• Remove the material from public view immediately.
• Permanently block the account responsible.
• Preserve the relevant data, to the extent and for as long as the law requires, so it can be handed to law enforcement.
• Report child sexual abuse material to law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to NCMEC or other authorised bodies where applicable law requires it.
• Do not notify the account holder where doing so could hinder an investigation or put a child at risk.

5.How to report it

In the app: open the "···" menu on a post, comment, wish or profile, tap "Report" and choose "Nudity or Sexual Content". The same menu lets you block the user.

By email: write to support@syilyq.app with "Child safety" in the subject line, and include a link to the material or the account's @username.

Do not download, screenshot or forward the material itself, even to report it. A link or a username is enough.

Child safety reports are handled first, within 24 hours.

If a child is in immediate danger, call the police first — in Kazakhstan, 102 or 112.

6.Age requirements

You must be at least 13 to use Syilyq. If the law in your country requires a parent's or guardian's consent, it must be obtained before signing up.

If you believe an account belongs to a child under 13, or you are a parent who wants your child's account removed, write to support@syilyq.app and we will remove it.

7.Compliance with the law

LARGEIS LABS LLP complies with child protection laws in the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the countries where Syilyq is available, and cooperates with law enforcement requests related to CSAE.
