Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using the Syilyq app and the syilyq.app website. By installing the app or using the site, you accept them.
1.The parties
The service is provided by LARGEIS LABS LLP, a company registered in Республика Казахстан.
How we handle personal data is described in a separate document — the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
2.Who can use Syilyq
You must be at least 13 to use Syilyq. If the law in your country requires a parent's or guardian's consent, you must obtain it before signing up.
By signing up you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to use the phone number you provide.
3.Your account
You sign in with a phone number that receives a one-time code. Keeping access to that number and to your device secure is your responsibility.
One phone number corresponds to one account. After an account is deleted, the same number cannot be used to sign up again.
We may restrict or block an account for breaking these rules, for attempting to bypass technical limits, or for conduct that puts other users at risk.
4.Personal and business accounts
A personal account is for people receiving and giving gifts: wishlists, saving other people's ideas, and joining shared gifts.
A business account is for sellers and brands: showcases, products, tags and basic analytics. Business accounts cannot use the personal features for saving other users' content into their own list.
On the free tier a business account may have at most two non-archived showcases and at most ten products in each. We may change these limits with advance notice.
5.Your content
You keep the rights to the content you create. By publishing it on Syilyq you grant us a non-exclusive right to store, reproduce and display it to other users, to the extent needed to run the service and within the privacy settings you choose.
That right ends when you delete the content, apart from the time technically required to clear backups and any case where the law requires us to retain it.
You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload, including product images and photographs of other people.
6.What is not allowed
You may not post or distribute on Syilyq:
- Spam and bulk messaging.
- Insults, bullying and harassment of other users.
- Hate speech on any grounds.
- Violence or incitement to it.
- Sexual material or nudity of any kind.
- Anything that sexualises minors or involves child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — see the Child Safety Standards: https://syilyq.app/en/child-safety.
- Information you know to be false.
- Impersonation of another person or organisation.
- Anything else that breaks the law or infringes someone's rights.
7.Moderation, reports and appeals
Published content is checked automatically. Material scored as a clear violation is hidden automatically; borderline cases are reviewed by a person.
Any user can report a post, comment, user, wishlist, wish, showcase or product.
If you believe your content was hidden in error, write to support@syilyq.app and we will review the decision.
8.Shared gifts
The shared-gift feature exists purely to coordinate between givers. Syilyq takes no part in the purchase, does not receive or transfer money, and is not a party to any settlement between users.
Agreements about amounts and about who buys what are the participants' own responsibility. We do not guarantee that anyone will follow through on what they took on.
The owner of a wishlist cannot see who claimed a wish or how many people are involved. That is how the service is built, not a setting.
9.Links to third-party stores
Wishes and products may link to third-party sites. We do not review their contents, are not responsible for prices, availability, delivery or product quality, and are not a party to purchases you make there.
Product details fetched automatically from a link may be inaccurate or out of date. Check them on the seller's site before buying.
10.Service availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Individual features may change, be suspended or be discontinued.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data.
11.Ending the agreement
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
We may stop providing the service to a user for a serious or repeated breach of these rules, giving notice where doing so does not get in the way of protecting other users.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Республика Казахстан. Disputes are heard by the courts at the seat of LARGEIS LABS LLP, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these rules. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page. We announce material changes in the app; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the new version.
14.How to reach us
