Gifts, no guessing
Syilyq is a social network for gifts. Friends see what you actually want, and sort it out between themselves so nobody buys the same thing twice.
The app ships very soon.

Three chipping in
2 spots left
The list owner sees that a gift is taken. Never who took it.
In order
What happens between the wish and the gift
- 1
Someone adds a wish
Paste a product link and the title, price and photo fill themselves in.
- 2
Friends see it in the feed
Not a mailing list — an actual feed of wishes, stories and finds from people you follow.
- 3
Someone takes it on
Alone, or several people chipping in. Everyone else sees the gift is spoken for.
- 4
The birthday person sees none of it
Not who took it, not how many chipped in. The surprise stays a surprise.
Lists
Lists that aren't for everyone
Every list has its own visibility. Birthday for friends, home renovation for yourself, book picks for everyone.
Only me
A draft nobody else sees.
Friends
Mutual friends, and nobody else.
Followers
Everyone who follows you.
Everyone
Open by link and in search.
- Price, currency and a link to the product
- An “already bought” marker
- Save someone else's wish to your own list in one tap
- Search in Kazakh, Russian and English
Shared gifts
Chip in without spoiling it
Take a gift alone or gather a group. Participants can see each other if they want. The list owner sees nobody.
One person gives
You claim the gift and it drops off everyone else's plans.
Several chip in
Invite friends, agree on amounts, watch who's in.
Anonymous or open
Participants can stay invisible even to each other.
The rule all of this exists for
The list owner never sees who claimed a gift or how many people are involved. They only see that a wish is taken — so they stop waiting for it twice.
AI
AI does the boring part
No “smart assistant”. Three specific things, each one saving you time.
A link becomes a card
Paste a product link and the title, description, price, currency and photo fill themselves in.
An emoji for the list
Picked from the title and description, so a list is recognisable at a glance.
Quiet moderation
Checks uploaded content so the feed stays free of what doesn't belong there.
Getting started
Three steps, that's it
- 1
Start a list
Sign in with a phone number: the code arrives on WhatsApp, no password to invent.
- 2
Bring your people
From contacts, by link, or by username. Friendships are mutual, follows aren't.
- 3
Then it runs itself
Lists work all year: birthdays, housewarmings, “saw it and wanted it”.
For business
For brands and makers
A showcase instead of a wishlist. Products land in the feed, people save them — and you see exactly what gets saved.
Showcases and products
Draft, published, archived — a showcase runs on its own cycle.
Tags for search
Products are found by tag, and popular tags are suggested to shoppers.
Views, saves, click-throughs
Not just reach, but what someone actually filed away.
On the free tier: 2 showcases, up to 10 products in each.

The short answers
Is this another wishlist app?
No. The wishlist is one tab. The rest is a feed, friends, stories and shared gifts. The social half is what makes anyone see your wishes at all.
Why WhatsApp?
That's where the sign-in code arrives. There's no password: you enter your phone number and the code from the message.
Will I see who's giving me what?
No, and that's the point. You only see that a wish is taken. Who took it and how many people are involved is never shown to the list owner.
Who can see my lists?
You decide per list: only you, friends, followers or everyone. Individual wishes have their own visibility too.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from the app settings. Note that after deletion you cannot sign up again with the same phone number.
What does it cost?
Free for regular users. Paid features are planned for business accounts only.
A gift nobody has to guess
Start a list, bring your people — and let it land this time.
The app ships very soon.
Feed
A feed, not a spreadsheet
Wishes live among posts, stories and finds. Repost someone's find with your own comment — the original author stays credited.
24-hour stories
Show a find while it still matters.
Quote reposts
Your comment on top, the author underneath.
Reactions and polls
“Which colour?” — right in the post.
Mentions under control
Everyone, friends only, or nobody — your call.
